It certainly is for more and more American adults. <\/p>\n<p>So, is being vegan or vegetarian healthy? I wondered the same thing 2 years ago when I made the leap. The only thing that put my mind at ease was to do some research on it.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s explore some reasons together and then you decide for yourself.<\/p>\n<p>1. Wow, I would never have guessed that.<\/p>\n<p>Fortunately, you will find that all the quality you need is in vegetables, legumes (beans, peas and lentils), grains, fruit and tofu. <\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve been sold on the advertising from the meat and dairy industry for years (since 1912).
