America is suffering from obesity and lack of exercise. The health of our nation&#8217;s population is declining rapidly. When mainly 10 % of the US population is associated with a health and fitness club, our want to get individuals moving is essential. Yoga is a gift of the entire body and the mind. At our flagship YogaFit Facility in Hermosa Beach, California we started out offering Yoga courses for donation only. The city responded gratefully.<\/p>\n<p>We all believe that if most people within the planet offered 1 hour per week of neighborhood assistance work, the world would certainly be a greater place. This is why we call for every YogaFit Level 1 Trainee to do eight hours of practice teaching in a Community Service setting just before receiving a Certificate of Completion. Our Students have brought the process and benefits of Yoga to senior citizens in long term care homes, stressed-out company professionals, cancer patients and survivors, handicapped persons, incarcerated individuals, terminally ill persons, children, psychologically challenged people and military servants, only to name some.<\/p>\n<p>The Community Service Program allows our Trainees the chance to apply their fresh teaching abilities in a more enjoyable environment by having an appreciative crowd.<\/p>\n<p>With the hundreds of correspondence we receive in our corporate office, state, volunteering time and energy has proved to be the most fulfilling experience for many of our Trainees. YogaFit is dedicated to this function because it promotes the essence of giving and sharing freely.<\/p>\n<p>YogaFit encourages and supports the viewpoint of &#8220;Conscious Business.&#8221; In this Millennium we believe the companies which are socially responsible will prosper from good will and great karma. Together we are changing the paradigm of what it really signifies to do good business&#8230; really good business.<\/p>\n<p>Yogafit has a whole lot of very good advice in all factors of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yogafit.com\">yoga<\/a> exercise poses, training, and the rest.
