There’s a lot of options whenever it comes to choosing a new smartphone and it’s not easy to choose which one is the very best when you’re just about spoilt for choice. Needless to say, many models will probably be discounted at once if you’re trying to find a wide range of features, so before beginning determine which you want the most.

As an example, you may enjoy taking photographs on the go, so will certainly be checking out the top camera phones, you may not be an Apple fan, so will be looking for the very best Android phones, or maybe you love a certain make, so might be focusing on the very best HTC phone. Mobile phones today offer an incredible range of features if you’re taking a look at top of the range phones. Cameras, incredibly fast processing power, email, the internet, social networks – most of these things are used increasingly more on handsets now and the smartphone revolution is only set to continue.

Picking the best phone is dependent upon your preferences Firstly, what do you want a cell phone for? Is it strictly going to be for individual use or are you gonna be making use of it for company too? Many high-end phones now allow you to gain access to mail and get calendar and note functions, however customarily Blackberry has long been seen as the business phone. The Blackberry Torch 9810 for instance not only gives you access to email but enables personal and business connectivity, as well as being Cisco certified.

This is ideal for companies who buy their employee’s devices and businesses that run a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) scheme. However, Blackberry isn’t the only option available; the Samsung Galaxy S II allows secure connections to Microsoft Exchange server so that you can quickly sync your online business email, calendar, contacts and tasks on your mobile phone with little difficulty. Apple’s iPhone 4S also has a range of functionality for use with business and everything can be synced with Personal computer, Mac and ipad tablet to ensure all your information is current wherever you are.

Apple or Android? This is down to personal preference more than anything else. Android’s cell phone operating systems are now by far the most widely used in the world, but many argue that it’s inherently insecure on account of Google’s app submission process. Not like Apple, there’s no rigorous process that developers have got to go through to get an application in the Marketplace this has resulted in malware infecting a small number of apps. Having said that, Android is actually open source, meaning that because more developers are working with it, much better advancements are made on a regular basis. If you need to make use of your mobile phone for connecting to the workplace though, it’s as well to have security in mind. Not surprisingly, I-phones have the best connectivity with regards to sharing all of your data across devices such as the Mac and ipad from apple. This really is convenient since you can buy and share apps across devices, so upon having bought an app on one device, you can employ it on another without further charge. Apple have iCloud so that your data is automatically copied to the cloud whenever you do something new, such as take a picture or write an email, depending on how you’ve told it to save.

What are the best Android mobile phones? Yet again, a lot of this really is down to personal choice; some people haven’t let go of Nokia and definately will always get them, though others have fallen in love with HTC and wish to stick with them. There’s little question that just about all manufacturers on top of the range level have a lot to offer. Even so, currently the Samsung Galaxy S II is regarded as the ideal Android phone on the market by many of the gadget web sites. This is due to the processing power, large, clear display and super-slim design, along with the fact that it’s as light as a feather in your hand. Watching movies on this phone is amazing, the display is incredibly sharp and colors display brilliantly. For music, your best option would be the HTC Sensation with Beats Audio, because this phone has developed specially optimised Beats earbuds to present a superior experience in terms of quality of sound.

What about cameras? Whilst it used to be the case you had to be picky regarding camera mobile phones, this is no longer the case when you’re shopping high-end. The very best camera cell phones are the most high-priced, there’s little doubt but they also tend to vary little in quality, although the apple iphone 4S is currently considered the very best by many people. HTC’s generally have lower mega pixels when compared with other models, but picture quality remains excellent despite this and the Samsung Galaxy S II is well thought of too – both the Samsung and i phone currently have 8MP cameras. Blackberry camera cell phones also have 8MPs now and are also every bit as impressive as their rivals – Blackberry have evolved to become very much more than company phones and they are popular with teenagers, thanks to their free BBM service.

Watching movies, reading books and more Most smartphones have the capability of a reader in the form of apps at the very least, however, not all are very easy to read on. Again, the Samsung Galaxy S II is fantastic for reading as it has such a large screen, the HTC Sensation is similarly good, however the iPhone and Blackberry aren’t so great. The same goes for watching films and streaming content, these are typically things that you need a good display for in order to get the most out of the experience, so if this is something you envisage doing a lot of, then it’s as well to pay attention to display size.

All phones now have easy to use social networking tools and if you don’t do a lot of this then it can be a little irritating. However, if you do it’s mostly just a case of one or two clicks in order to immediately share content such as photos and video with your friends. All in all, there’s no easy answer to which mobile phone is best as it depends on the individual, but the phones listed in this article are considered to be excellent multifunctional devices that allow you to definitely do everything, from share a photo to work with emails and documents.
