I have owned an iPhone for the last two years and the last thing I want to do is see my iPhone broken. I have several friends who have iPhone’s and it has shocked me to see their iPhone’s and notice they have a cracked screen on a broken part on there. It angers me to see that some people don’t place protecting their iPhone as an absolute must once they first buy it, having an iPhone case should be very important to any owner.
Before getting the iPhone you should head out to a local AT&T or Verizon dealer and asking somebody for advice on what iPhone case to buy. The screen is something that has to be protected on your iPhone because if the screen gets cracked after a few days of purchasing an iPhone it’s going to lead to an instant return. The Apple Store will have some screen protectors that can be purchased, again you can ask a clerk for advice on what is recommended to buy.
An absolute must is buying an Applecare Protection Plan which is essentially a warranty for the iPhone. It covers your iPhone for a service fee if it somehow gets damaged but be warned there is a limit of two times per phone with the Applecare plan. The Applecare plan is covered for two years so you should not worry your iPhone in the event it breaks if you’re phone is under warranty.
Speaking of the Internet, for the price conscious there are some great deals to be found on the Internet for iPhone cases and screen protectors. You might want to check out your local dollar store, a few of them sell several items for the iPhone at bargain basement prices. These avenues are great if you are trying to protect your iPhone but aren’t willing to spend a fortune in your pocketbook.
If you follow these steps you should enjoy a long and safe life your new best friend the iPhone. There are of course some mistakes that can happen to a broken iPhone, for example I had to take my iPhone back to the Apple Store to be exchanged due to a broken home button which was covered under the Applecare plan. It is better to be safe than sorry when it comes to protecting your iPhone you do not want it to break and regret not having it under warranty.
